TESTED IN CHILE
FAY ARCHIVE: CHAPTER VI
The Fay Archive expeditions to some of the most remote places on Earth continue, as we search for authentic Field Testers: passion-filled, independent men and women who live and breathe nature and can truly put our jackets to the test. We therefore set foot in Chile, together with the sensitive yet keen eye of photographer James Mollison, known for his original works on social and cultural themes; in fact, this is James’ second expedition in search of Fay Archive Testers.
From the Atacama Desert to the San Isidro lighthouse, James guides us on an all-Chilean adventure along the country’s 4000 km-long coastline, during which we will stumble across vertical life, puma, whale and fossilised tree enthusiasts. Those activities are intrinsically linked to this land which varies considerably from one part to the next, and which allows us to step foot in unique, challenging places, to meet people who gladly dedicate their lives to their land.
